Description of Pre-sales Service
1. In the customer's ordering process, before the product reaches the customer, fully get aware of the demand on product use, quality standard, technical requirement, application place and inquiry price offer, etc. of the customer.
2. Introduce product type, product specifications, product performance, usage characteristic and service of the product of XMFAN to the customer.
3. Submit the requirements of the customer on product quality to the QC Technical Dept. in writing and with actual samples.
4. If the customer asks for free test sample, follow the Regulations on the Customer's Request for Free Product Test Sample.
5. Communication Channel for Pre-sales Service: service by phone, door-to-door visit service by XMFAN personnel, face-to-face service by inviting customers to the company, etc.
After-Sales Service
Description of After-sales Service
1. After the product safely reaches the customer, we will keep tracking the use of the product.
2. Respond to and deal with the problems customers encounter during use.
3. Guide and recommend the product designs of customers.
4. Maintain good communication with customers, so as to establish long-term and stable cooperative relationship with customers.
